Responsibilities

- Conduct deep customer journey analysis and measure the crucial impact of multi-channel strategies across our products
- Uncover and articulate novel insights through proactive, ad-hoc data exploration and compelling data visualization
- Enable data self-service for business stakeholders by building effective dashboards, query tools, and training colleagues on their use
- Evolve our data foundation by working closely with our Data Engineering team on the development of data sets and pipelines
- Champion a data-driven culture by promoting the output and capabilities of the analysis team across the entire organisation
