Requirements

Seasoned professional experienced as an Analyst, Data Scientist, or Management Consultant
Highly proficient in SQL, with a strong technical grounding in data querying
Proven aptitude for problem solving and designing effective experiments, including A/B testing
Educated with a degree in a STEM subject, Economics, or a similar field that requires critical analysis
Natural collaborator, skilled at working effectively across multiple cross-functional development teams
Ready and willing to challenge the status quo, bringing new ideas and questions that actively shape the future direction of the business

Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality analysis and data-driven recommendations that directly support Product Teams in achieving their core objectives
Conduct deep customer journey analysis and measure the crucial impact of multi-channel strategies across our products
Uncover and articulate novel insights through proactive, ad-hoc data exploration and compelling data visualization
Enable data self-service for business stakeholders by building effective dashboards, query tools, and training colleagues on their use
Evolve our data foundation by working closely with our Data Engineering team on the development of data sets and pipelines
Champion a data-driven culture by promoting the output and capabilities of the analysis team across the entire organisation
