Requirements

Deep understanding of B2B SaaS products and user journeys
Credible with technical teams, combining analytical rigor with product sense and practical judgment
Experience taking a startup from basic instrumentation to a robust, data-driven product organization
Ability to work hybrid, periodically out of Dublin office (ideally 1x/week)

Responsibilities

Shape event taxonomy and tracking for product analytics; ensure stable, trusted definitions across the organization
Partner with engineering to instrument tracking and design pipelines for new product data sources, including data tests and QA
Map user journeys across the product; identify friction points, adoption patterns, and success/struggle areas
Build frameworks for measuring feature adoption, activation, and engagement across user segments
Analyze usage patterns to identify opportunities for product improvement; surface trends as the voice of users in product conversations
Design experiments to test product changes: draft hypotheses, define success metrics, conduct power analyses
Analyze experiment results and present findings to product and engineering teams
Monitor feature rollouts and create "feature health" views for ongoing tracking
Report on operational metrics such as latency, performance bottlenecks, and system behavior
Work with engineering managers to define meaningful KPIs; analyze AWS infrastructure costs and usage for optimization; translate technical metrics into actionable insights
Partner with PMs to set success metrics and measurement frameworks for new initiatives
Work with design team to measure UX changes, inform decisions with data, and provide quantitative UX research assistance
Provide input on in-product analytics and reporting as a subject matter expert; challenge teams on key metrics and establish north star metrics
Build self-serve dashboards (Omni) that answer top product questions
