Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Science or equivalent
  • Preferred: 3-5 years experience as a Process Engineer or Manufacturing Engineer
  • Familiar with SPC and Design of Experiments
  • Skills: Minitab/JMP, Spotfire or other data analytics tool, SPC, DOE, Problem solving

Responsibilities

  • Ensure smooth execution of back-end, post-sputter processes in compliance to process specification
  • Carry out engineering studies to improve post-sputter processes
  • Monitor daily process KPOV and KPIV
  • Trigger for process or machine maintenance as scheduled or on ad hoc basis
  • Ensure compliance to operating procedures and process parameters
  • Carry out evaluations for process improvement
  • Ensure quality of parts that leave the process and own up any excursions and action items to mitigate the impact and solve the issue
