Skills in supplier selection, negotiation, and contract execution (e.g., NDAs, MSAs, SOWs, licensing agreements, cloud service contracts)

Experience translating technical requirements into sourcing strategies
Senior-level leadership to own and set vision for the category

Responsibilities

Develop and execute category sourcing strategies for IP licensing, EDA tools, emulation platforms, cloud infrastructure, and emerging tech solutions
Lead supplier selection, negotiation, and contract execution including NDAs, MSAs, SOWs, licensing agreements, and cloud service contracts
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., engineering) to identify and secure tools, platforms, and partnerships
Drive cost optimization, supplier performance, and long-term value
Influence sourcing strategy for cutting-edge products and scale company growth
Engage with technology suppliers and internal stakeholders
Evaluate emerging technologies and shape supplier relationships
