Responsibilities

Lead early-stage projects in the Haifa Tech Incubator (HTI) to establish leadership in disruptive catheter innovations
Drive incubation of visionary ideas into high-impact, clinically relevant electrophysiology devices
Accelerate transfer of breakthrough technologies from concept to clinical application
Develop groundbreaking catheter solutions using advanced materials, miniaturization, and navigation technologies
Foster a culture of rapid experimentation, iterative development, and scientific excellence
Influence the pipeline of next-generation catheter technologies to improve patient outcomes
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and external partners to support EP mission and market leadership
