Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in long-form, narrative podcasting or documentary-style storytelling, with a strong track record of editing serialized, story-driven content
- Editorial leadership: ability to take a rough pitch or messy outline and identify what’s missing and what needs elevating
- Demonstrated ability to integrate complex topics (bonus if financial or strategic business concepts) into a narrative
- Coach and collaborator: ability to give clear, constructive feedback to help producers level up, without taking over the work
- Familiarity with podcasting workflows and DAWs (e.g., Descript, Pro Tools)
