Candidates should have 3-5 years of penetration testing experience, preferably in a consultancy setting, and possess a Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience. Relevant industry certifications such as OSCP, OSWE, GWAPT, or PNPT are strongly preferred, along with experience in web application, API, and/or mobile penetration testing. Strong oral and written client-facing communication skills and a solid understanding of security fundamentals and common vulnerabilities are essential.
The Senior Penetration Tester will perform various penetration tests for diverse clients, identify security weaknesses, and develop mitigation strategies. Responsibilities include communicating findings to clients, explaining complex security topics, and preparing and delivering reports and presentations to both technical and non-technical audiences. Additionally, the role involves providing mentorship and fostering teamwork within the security division.
