This role is based at Abbott's Established Pharmaceuticals Division global headquarters in Basel, specifically in Allschwil, Switzerland.
Candidates need qualification as a European Patent Attorney (EQE) or equivalent, or admission as an attorney-at-law, a scientific degree (BA, BSc, PhD or equivalent), fluency in English, and 5+ years of experience in patent law, ideally in the pharmaceutical industry.
