Requirements

Strong hands-on experience in handling, troubleshooting network and security-related issues
In-depth knowledge of Cisco ASA and FTD platforms, including installation, configuration, management, and troubleshooting
Experience evaluating diverse security risks in a fast-moving environment and suggesting/implementing remediation per Cisco's security policies and standards
Experience implementing security measures on network infrastructure (firewalls, VPNs, intrusion detection/prevention systems, security policies)
Experience creating/implementing security policies, access control lists (ACLs), and NAT rules
Experience implementing/configuring VPN technologies (site-to-site and remote access VPNs) using ASA and FTD
Experience with SSL certificate management (CSR generation, renewal, installation, troubleshooting)
Ability to troubleshoot/resolve network security issues related to ASA and FTD firewalls
Ability to provide support for network security incidents (malware detection, DDoS attacks, firewall policy conflicts)
Expert knowledge of advanced security features (intrusion prevention, URL filtering, malware analysis)
Good to have: Experience with Software Defined Networking solutions (Cisco/Viptela/Versa SD-WAN)
Experience configuring network policies, application performance optimization, and dynamic path selection using SD-WAN
Ability to troubleshoot/resolve SD-WAN issues (connectivity, security policies, application performance)
Experience implementing security policies and secure communication between SD-WAN sites (encryption, secure tunnelling, firewall integration using Versa)
Proven track record in enterprise network operations, handling escalations and severe cases
Ability to independently drive P2/P1 technical calls, with exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
Excellent client-facing communication skills and ability to handle/manage client interactions
Enthusiasm for working in a fast-paced environment providing 24/7 network support to global clients

Responsibilities

Handle and troubleshoot network and security-related issues

Create and implement security policies, ACLs, and NAT rules for secure network communication
Implement and configure VPN technologies (site-to-site, remote access) using ASA/FTD
Manage SSL certificates (CSR generation, renewal, installation, troubleshooting)
Troubleshoot and resolve ASA/FTD firewall security issues
Provide support for network security incidents (malware, DDoS, policy conflicts)
Leverage advanced security features (intrusion prevention, URL filtering, malware analysis)
Configure SD-WAN network policies, application performance optimization, and dynamic path selection
Troubleshoot SD-WAN issues (connectivity, security policies, application performance)
Implement SD-WAN security policies and secure site communications (encryption, tunnelling, firewall integration)
Independently drive P2/P1 technical calls, de-escalate situations, and provide client updates
