Requirements

Strong hands-on experience in handling, troubleshooting network and security-related issues
In-depth knowledge of Cisco ASA and FTD platforms, including installation, configuration, management, and troubleshooting
Ability to evaluate diverse security risks in a fast-moving environment and suggest and carry out remediation in accordance with Cisco's security policies and standards
Experience implementing security measures on network infrastructure, such as firewalls, VPNs, intrusion detection and prevention systems, and security policies
Experience creating and implementing security policies, access control lists (ACLs), and NAT rules to ensure secure communication across the network
Experience implementing and configuring VPN technologies, including site-to-site and remote access VPNs, using ASA and FTD
Experience with SSL certificate management, including CSR generation, certificate renewal, installation, and troubleshooting
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve network security issues related to ASA and FTD firewalls
Ability to provide support for network security incidents, including malware detection, DDoS attacks, and firewall policy conflicts
Expert knowledge of advanced security features such as intrusion prevention, URL filtering, and malware analysis
Good to have experience on any “Software Defined Networking” solution, i.e. Cisco/Viptela/Versa SD-WAN
Experience configuring network policies, application performance optimization, and dynamic path selection using SD-WAN
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SD-WAN, including connectivity, security policies, and application performance
Experience implementing security policies and ensuring secure communication between SD-WAN sites using Versa’s integrated security features, such as encryption, secure tunnelling, and firewall integration
Ability to independently drive P2/P1 Technical calls from the network's end, demonstrating exceptional communication and problem-solving skills to de-escalate situations and provide clear, concise updates to clients
Excellent client-facing communication skills and the ability to handle and manage client interaction
Proven track record and enthusiasm for working in a fast-paced environment, particularly in enterprise network operations and handling escalations and severe cases
