Requirements
Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Machine Learning, Computer Science, Data Engineering, or a related field, along with proven experience in developing, optimizing, and deploying ML systems in production environments. Strong proficiency in Python and experience with ML frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch is required, alongside a solid understanding of model training and pipeline management. Extensive knowledge and hands-on experience in fine-tuning large language models for specific use cases is also necessary, as is the ability to clearly communicate complex ML concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Responsibilities
The Senior ML Engineer will be responsible for architecting, building, and optimizing ML systems to deliver high-impact results, designing and implementing efficient training pipelines, continuously fine-tuning LLMs to align with enterprise requirements, establishing feedback systems for iterative model improvement, collaborating with product and business teams to translate requirements into ML solutions, staying current with ML advancements, mentoring junior team members, and communicating ML methodologies and results effectively to stakeholders.
