Candidates need 8+ years of high-speed DRAM (LPDDR5/6, DDR5/6, GDDR6/7, HBM3/4) or SerDes interface-related design experience, MS/PhD in Electrical Engineering, in-depth understanding of deep submicron CMOS FinFET process, and strong background in Cadence custom design tools and circuit simulators like Hspice, XA, FineSim, Spectre.
A strong candidate has 8+ years of high-speed DRAM or SerDes design experience, an advanced degree in Electrical Engineering, deep knowledge of CMOS FinFET processes and Cadence tools, plus good interpersonal skills as a teammate.
