Requirements

Expertise in MicroFocus Enterprise Server (MFES) IMS configuration, tuning, and management
Expertise in MicroFocus Enterprise Developer (MFED) IMS application and tools
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (i.e., Computer Science) or equivalent combination of education and experience
Relevant experience, typically 2+ years of relevant software engineering experience
Proficiency in 1 or more software languages and development methodologies
Basic understanding of coding and debugging
Willingness to learn and grow in the field
Effective communication and collaboration abilities
Advanced degree in a related field (plus)
Relevant certifications or training (plus)

Responsibilities

Managing and maintaining the MicroFocus Enterprise Server (MFES) IMS configurations
Participating in software development projects by writing, testing, and debugging code, under the guidance of more experienced team members
Collaborating with team members to achieve project objectives and meet deadlines
Contributing to the documentation of software requirements and specifications
Assisting in diagnosing and resolving technical issues, seeking guidance from senior team members
Supporting the implementation of emerging technologies and best practices
Participating in training and development programs to enhance technical skills
Contributing to knowledge sharing within the team
Actively learning from and assisting more experienced team members
