Requirements

Established scientific and clinical knowledge lead on current and future J&J Innovative Medicine products per Therapeutic Area (TA) alignment
Ability to stay abreast of current scientific and treatment landscape trends in immunology therapeutic areas
Competency and experience in the disease state as an MSL
Foundational competencies in Influence & Results Focused, Communication, Stakeholder Engagement, Product & Therapeutic Area Knowledge, and Data Insights & Dissemination
Skills in agility, Change Management, Time Management, and Innovation
Ability to function with high integrity and follow credo values
Willingness to travel primarily throughout assigned geography (Ohio/West Virginia territory), estimated at 80%, with infrequent travel outside the territory
Conduct all activities in accordance with current regulatory and health care compliance guidelines

Responsibilities

Provide fair balanced, objective, scientific information and education to opinion leaders (OLs), health care professionals, and internal partners as required by scientific and business needs
Provide research support for company and investigator initiated research
Build external relationships with identified OLs and health care providers (MD, PA, NP, RN, Pharm.D., biocoordinators)
Develop and manage a geographical territory (Ohio/West Virginia), including both virtual and in-person engagements, prioritizing in-person when appropriate
Develop and maintain a territory strategic plan, including educational activities with identified OLs, HCPs, institutions, and community practices
Rapidly identify and compliantly collaborate with field-based partners to ensure support of Healthcare Providers and positive impact on patients
Field-based clinical position requiring travel throughout assigned geography
