Requirements

  • Adherence to all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) Safety Standards
  • Ability to work in environmental conditions including Cold Room/Freezers (-22°F/-6°C), office, warehouse, strong odors (chemical, lubricants, biological products), and with hazardous/toxic materials
  • Requirement to wear some degree of PPE (safety glasses, gowning, gloves, lab coat, ear plugs, etc.)
  • Full-time availability on standard work schedule (Mon-Fri)
  • Knowledge of Good Distribution Practice for Medical Devices (GDPMD) for compliance within warehouse functions

Responsibilities

  • Scanning daily POD received, renaming each POD according to DO number, and saving in POD shared folder
  • Matching POD received with DO list and filing for POD/TDO Collection form
  • Manual DO follow-up with transporter for outstanding POD
  • Assisting in preparing runsheet for outbound arrangements (Daily Local, Outstation, Urgent delivery, Weekly/special delivery e.g., Northern delivery, Dexcom, Kayaku, Biocon, etc.)
  • Aiding in sorting documents for coordinating deliveries
  • Assisting in taking care of 3rd party transport provider for delivery arrangements
  • Assisting in investigating and resolving any outbound complaints
  • Working closely with commercial team on any delivery request arrangements
  • Communicating with 3PL inbound team for inbound matters
  • Handling inbound alert emails/team notifications from procurement team and any special GR requirements
  • Assisting in following up with procurement team for inbound issues (shipment damage, shortage, unacceptable packaging condition, etc.)
  • Ensuring system good receive is done by 3PL CS without error and necessary rectification if errors occur
  • Coordinating and collaborating with 3PL team for operations to ensure meeting inbound and outbound delivery performance
  • Assisting in year-end stock take planning, activity, and necessary inventory adjustment
  • Ensuring compliance on Good Distribution Practice for Medical Devices (GDPMD) within warehouse functions
  • Supporting audit tasks, both internal and external
  • Supporting in ensuring warehouse daily activities are carried out within agreed timelines
  • Assisting in other warehouse functions when needed
  • Coordinating disposal of schedule waste and non-schedule waste with 3PL and external disposal agent
  • Creating and updating DOE Eswiss online consignment form for schedule waste disposal
  • Issuing PR for warehouse supplies
