Requirements

  • Willingness to relocate to Moscow with company support
  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar role at Wildberries and Ozon – current role must match the job responsibilities
  • Portfolio of product cards and brand zones created for marketplaces (2 categories of P&G products)
  • Experience in A/B testing of product cards on marketplaces – at least 1 year of ongoing research into the impact of creatives on CTR/CR metrics
  • Experience in creating product card designs using neural networks for over a year – advanced user of various AI tools
  • Professional proficiency in graphic software (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, Canva) and basic level in video editors (CapCut/Videoleap)
  • Knowledge of marketplace requirements for product card and banner design
  • Ability to create structured technical tasks for all types of content
  • Flexibility, ability to quickly learn in unforeseen circumstances
  • Creativity, systematic approach, discipline, responsibility, punctuality, attention to detail
  • Willingness to be accountable for results and independence in finding creative and conversion solutions
  • English proficiency – no lower than A2 (Elementary)

Responsibilities

  • Develop creative concepts for advertising materials on marketplaces within the brand book, aimed at increasing conversion from viewing product cards/banners/brand zones to purchase
  • Independently create advertising materials (product cards, banners, rich content, brand zones) using modern technologies
  • Prepare technical tasks for the agency and control the quality and timely implementation of tasks (agency scales tested creatives across portfolio)
  • Analyze metrics (CTR, CR) and adapt content based on results
  • Analyze competitor content and overall trends in creative approaches in the market
  • Work closely with multifunctional teams at P&G
