A minimum of 5-8 years of relevant experience in Engineering, Product Development, Automation, Lean, Manufacturing, or Quality Management is required.
A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Management or related field is required, with a Master’s degree preferred.
You will join the Product Supply Chain (PSC), Footwear (FW) – Manufacturing & Engineering team, collaborating with a diverse team of engineering subject matter experts, Manufacturing Engineering teams, Factory Partners, and other functions like Consumer Creation, Sourcing, Responsible Supply Chain, and Cost Engineering.
Strong candidates are data-driven, experienced in manufacturing operations, forward-thinking, skilled in working with multiple stakeholders, fluent in English, and proficient in MS Office and business intelligence tools like Tableau or Power BI.
