Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 - 8 years of relevant experience in one or more of the areas of Engineering, Product Development, Automation, Lean, Manufacturing, or Quality Management
  • Bachelor's degree with a focus in Engineering, Business Management or related field. Master’s degree preferred
  • Data Driven – Understands the use of data and application of statistical methods and tools, able to leverage data for fact-based decision making
  • Experience in applying knowledge of Manufacturing Operations – systems, processes, technologies, and materials required to consistently produce finished goods to a measurable standard – to identify opportunities and drive progress against goals
  • Forward and Conceptual Thinking – Proactively seeks diversity of inputs and potential solutions; Consistently challenges the status quo and thinks beyond traditional solutions and approaches
  • Demonstrated experience in working with multiple functions/stakeholders
  • Fluent verbal and written English language ability
  • Proficient in standard MS Office programs, business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)

  • Collaborate with your Manufacturing Systems Engineering team, Manufacturing Engineering teams, and our Factory Partners to achieve success
  • Evaluate Product Excellence by implementing robust factory quality management
  • Drive manufacturing improvement through capability building and evolved factory digital connectivity
  • Lead efforts to drive sustainable growth through enhanced productivity, new facility engineering validation, and sustainability projects
  • Ensure alignment with global engineering strategies while delivering impactful solutions at the local level
