Requirements

  • Minimum Level 8 bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Electromechanical Engineering or another related discipline
  • Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with a minimum of 2 years relevant experience
  • Experience in defining & executing strategies for engineering & released product changes
  • Medical device product development experience
  • Strong interpersonal skills, communication skills and stakeholder management
  • Proven ability to deliver Projects on time, within budget, meeting business expectations
  • Experienced with Microsoft project and office and demonstrated strong planning and organisational skills
  • Ability to work, influence and lead in a matrix environment

Responsibilities

  • Define requirements from an end-to-end Value Stream perspective, including VoC and DfX
  • Responsible for the implementation of new equipment (requirements, qualification & validation)
  • Ensure Design for X is implemented for new products
  • Experience with risk planning, management, risk strategies, and develop accurate risk adjusted schedules
  • Manage the operational aspects of ongoing projects and liase with project management & cross functional teams on project planning and deliverables
  • Communicate with and enable stakeholder engagement to ensure launched products and processes meet ACM business goals and initiatives
  • Identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement within the role
  • Regularly report on performance, highlighting successes, areas for improvement, and corrective action
  • Analyse data and metrics to drive decision-making and improve overall performance
  • Ensures processes and procedures follow regulations
