Requirements

Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree and have over 15 years of relevant experience in hardware supply chain roles with a focus on people leadership. Experience in manufacturing environments, process engineering, or product development is required, along with familiarity with PCBs, PCBAs, or complex vehicle modules such as harnesses and batteries. Strong project management skills including planning, stakeholder communication, problem-solving, and prioritization are essential, alongside exceptional communication skills to effectively motivate and influence at various organizational levels. Knowledge of program management methodologies and tools is also necessary.

Responsibilities

The Senior Manager, Supply Chain Operations will lead and manage teams of Operations Program Managers, Supply & Demand Planning Managers, and Supply Chain Program Managers to ensure production readiness of complex module assemblies at supplier sites. They will oversee the aggregated materials forecast and supply commitments, ensuring that hardware demands are understood and met on time. The role includes synchronizing activities across supply chain teams and reporting on risks via metrics and KPIs to executive management. Additionally, the manager will collaborate with various teams in the supply chain and lead communication regarding operational readiness to executives.
