Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of top-notch engineers to build and deploy cutting-edge platforms for developer productivity and experience
  • Review project requirements and translate them into technical solutions
  • Direct and review design artifacts (e.g., proof of concepts, prototypes)
  • Write and develop code; oversee software design; review unit test cases
  • Communicate status and issues to team members and stakeholders
  • Direct project teams and cross-functional teams; enhance designs to prevent defect recurrences
  • Ensure on-time delivery and hand-offs; interact with project managers to provide input on project plans
  • Provide leadership to project teams
  • Work with senior leadership to chart product roadmaps
  • Improve, optimize, and identify opportunities for efficient software development processes
  • Collaborate closely with product and business stakeholders at various locations to drive execution of multiple business plans and technologies
