Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science degree (or equivalent experience) in Security Management, Criminal Justice, Security Intelligence, or similar field of study
  • 10+ overall years in a similar role with a federal, state, or local law enforcement agency or multinational corporation
  • 5+ years of management experience
  • Industry methodologies and metrics defining excellence
  • Knowledge of security technology systems and concepts
  • Understand building and fire codes as well as other local safety regulations
  • Validated decision-making and discernment skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate security incident and crisis response efforts throughout the APAC region
  • Lead all aspects of a large, contracted guard force across multiple locations
  • Deep understanding of local security regulations and cultural considerations across APAC countries
  • Supervise the Regional Security Operations Center (RSOC) team
  • Conduct physical security assessments, audits, surveys, and reviews
  • Engage and collaborate with global peers to benchmark standard processes
  • Provide briefings, updates, and situational awareness reports
  • Partner with other business units and contribute to a strong work culture
  • Support the local Emergency Response Team (ERT)
  • Develop and maintain relationships with industry peers, vendors, and key public agencies, to include law enforcement contacts
