Requirements

Expertise in advanced analytics, Gen AI/Machine Learning solutions, and emerging technologies
Proficiency in analytical tools, software, statistical analysis techniques, and data visualization
Knowledge of R&D Quality processes, GxP compliance, quality metrics, and risks
Ability to act as subject matter expert (SME) on analytics, AI, and machine learning, including training teams
Understanding of BMS processes, SOPs, and regulatory standards
Experience collaborating with stakeholders, BI&T, Global Quality teams, and RDQ pillars
Capability to lead/participate in internal work streams, projects, and improvement initiatives as QA representative

Responsibilities

Work closely with stakeholders and RDQ pillars to understand innovation needs and propose solutions using advanced analytics and Gen AI/ML for process optimization and data-driven decisions
Proactively identify innovation areas, create and execute strategies to deliver capabilities
Assess external landscape, stay informed on industry practices, and propose fit-for-purpose solutions to optimize R&D Quality processes
Champion digital first mindset and culture of innovation; attend/present at industry conferences to represent BMS and advance strategies
Collaborate to develop/implement strategies enhancing RDQ process maturity, including optimization, training, and continuous improvement
Promote data as an asset; deliver metrics/KPIs, visualize insights clearly, and oversee dashboard development/maintenance with RDQ pillars and BI&T for real-time visibility
Analyze R&D Quality data, identify patterns/trends, and apply statistical techniques for insights and improvements
Provide recommendations to enhance metrics measuring/predicting GxP compliance, quality, and risks
Promote culture of psychological safety, inclusion, and diversity; train teams on solutions to increase adoption
Develop/provide regular reports/updates to RDQ leadership on strengths and opportunities
Provide data/input for enterprise continuous improvement; collaborate with BI&T and Global Quality on data curation/analysis
Function as QA SME/representative in relevant topics, work streams, projects, and initiatives
Ensure compliance with BMS processes, SOPs, regulatory standards; responsible for quality of deliverables
Set, monitor, and analyze globally aligned metrics across RDQ pillars (Clinical Quality, Laboratory Sciences Quality, Pharmacovigilance Quality)
