Responsibilities

  • Manage strategic project portfolios: Oversee a portfolio of merchandising projects, ensuring alignment with business goals. Proactively identify risks and implement mitigation plans while building tools to automate reporting and centralize project tracking
  • Lead with technology and innovation: Leverage technical skills to enhance project management capabilities by exploring new tools or creating custom dashboards that improve efficiency and data visibility across the merchandising team
  • Coordinate cross-functional execution: Drive collaboration across merchandising, marketing, supply chain, and other departments to ensure seamless project execution and data flow. Identify and implement process improvements to optimize workflows
  • Deliver executive-level communication: Prepare and present clear, concise executive summaries that highlight project health, progress, and insights using data-driven storytelling
  • Support new club and remodel initiatives: Partner with cross-functional teams to define, scope, and measure the success of merchandising strategies for new and remodeled club openings
