Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end payroll process design: Analyze current global payroll workflows to identify inefficiencies, gaps, and areas for standardization; collaborate with cross-functional teams to design streamlined, compliant, and scalable processes
  • Drive process optimization and automation: Apply methodologies like Lean Six Sigma to enhance efficiency; identify automation opportunities using HR technologies to reduce manual work, errors, and processing times
  • Partner with stakeholders: Work with People Services, People Technology & Experience team, Centers of Excellence, and external vendors to implement payroll solutions and ensure seamless system integration across geographies
  • Ensure compliance and internal controls: Develop and embed controls to meet internal policies, SOX requirements, and country-specific legal standards, safeguarding data accuracy and confidentiality
  • Support payroll process implementation: Lead rollouts, providing training, documentation, and change management guidance to internal teams and end users
  • Leverage data and analytics: Collaborate with analytics teams to collect, monitor, and interpret payroll data; develop KPIs and dashboards for measuring effectiveness and driving continuous improvement
  • Champion continuous improvement: Regularly review payroll operations, solicit feedback, and implement best practices to elevate employee experience and maintain worldwide payroll excellence
