Requirements

Candidates should have 5+ years of experience in applied machine learning, with a focus on NLP, large language models, transformers, retrieval-based methods, and multi-agent systems. A minimum of 2 years of experience leading applied ML teams is required, along with strong Python programming skills and deep experience with frameworks like PyTorch and TensorFlow. Proven ability to work closely with Product, Design, and Engineering teams is also essential.

Responsibilities

The Senior Manager will lead the design, development, and delivery of advanced NLP, LLM, and agent-based systems, owning the scope, architecture, and delivery of ML models and systems. They will actively review research papers, adapt promising techniques into prototypes, and implement/optimize LLMs for reasoning, planning, and decision-making. The role involves building and deploying intelligent agent workflows, leading, mentoring, and developing a high-performing applied science team, and driving project plans for modeling initiatives while ensuring timely delivery of high-quality, high-impact ML systems.
