Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Supply Chain & Logistics Management or any related field
Over 10 years’ experience in Supply chain and Logistics management field, trade compliance management
Experience in the hard disk drive environment is an added advantage
Very strong knowledge in government laws and regulation
Strong in conclusion, presentation, and reporting skill
Strong Leadership, team player and good cooperation
Very good command of spoken and written English
Computer literacy
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools such as PowerPoint, Excel, and Word and other programs such as Smartsheet, Power BI, etc

Responsibilities

Overall manage China Shenzhen Logistics covering all on trade compliance/government regulation of factory, warehouse, Import & Export shipment and distribution Center
Ensure all supply Chain Security program are in place and strictly follow regulatory authority guidance
Manage People for skill development set up
Driven and strengthen cost saving projects align to Global Logistics strategic and site operation imperative
Government Privilege (Customs Warehouse Management)
Government laws and regulation related to Logistics Operation
Trade Compliance regulation management
Internal Compliance Program (ICP)
Supply chain risk assessment management and Minimum-security criteria regulation (US/EU/TH /Others)
