Requirements

Candidates must possess over 9 years of leadership experience in senior financial planning or commercial finance roles, with demonstrated leadership and management capabilities. A preference is given to Saudi Nationals. Required skills include an in-depth understanding of various business systems and processes, the ability to build strong relationships within the Franchise System, advanced Excel proficiency, and the capacity to work both autonomously and collaboratively. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an excellent command of English, are essential, as is the ability to articulate complex problems simply.

Responsibilities

The Senior Manager will partner with Franchise operational finance leaders and the Operating Unit CFO to support franchise and local customer activities, driving alignment and informing strategic priorities. This includes supporting bottler and customer relationships, preparing stakeholders for negotiations, assessing financial implications of value chain optimizations, and supporting business models and margins. Responsibilities also involve developing and implementing margin optimization strategies, supporting M&A analysis and financial implementation of new business models, and assisting with RGM initiatives. The role requires analyzing and supporting working capital and cash management optimization, interacting with local stakeholders, and participating in high-priority initiatives across franchises.
