Responsibilities

  • Partner and advise the commercial organization to develop and evaluate potential go-to-market strategies and various business models for electrification products and services
  • Partner and guide a cross-functional team to understand business model requirements and define an end-to-end financial and accounting processes, systems, control and governance to support emerging business models at various stages of maturity
  • Work with other segments to deliver a total site solution with products and services that interact with E+ES products and services (partners include machine divisions, other commercial facing, digital and technology organizations)
  • Develop and maintain pricing methodology and models for various go-to-market models including direct sales, leasing, and services-based offerings
  • Responsible for commercial pricing and risk analysis, services and lifecycle cost, and profitability for E+ES’ outbound commercial pricing; partner closely with the commercial pricing team to analyze customer and product-level profitability, cost allocations, service model impacts, and margin optimization
  • Responsible for E+ES managed facilities in US and Europe; provide approval and oversight for monthly closing, quarterly and annual compliance and statutory activities and reporting requirements
  • Responsible for leading annual business plan, quarterly forecast updates, and monthly actuals against plan and forecast for VP organization’s capital, expenditure, and headcount; advise the business to find cost and resource efficiencies
  • Manage a team of up to 8 accounting and finance professionals and provide financial leadership for driving energy solutions growth across the enterprise
