Experience with eSourcing, contract management, or supplier relationship management software is preferred. The ideal candidate possesses excellent interpersonal skills, high emotional intelligence, strong analytical skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint), and fluency in both English and Danish. They should be adaptable, curious, accountable, collaborative, able to think creatively, comfortable presenting to senior executives, eager to learn, and have a structured, fact-based work approach with a strong work ethic and integrity.
The Senior Manager, Customer Success will lead the Global Source to Contract team to drive customer satisfaction, product adoption, and loyalty, while collaborating with the Go To Market team on customer success expansion and operational excellence. They will provide coaching and mentoring to Customer Success Managers, ensure customer perspectives are addressed by business leaders, and manage team performance, including promotions, salary reviews, goal setting, talent reviews, and flight risk analysis. Responsibilities include streamlining customer interactions for a tailored customer journey, acting as the Voice of the Customer to gather feedback and drive improvements, delivering added value packages and services to leverage product value and usage, identifying new sales leads and opportunities, managing churn and retention, overseeing the Success4U program, and serving as the primary contact in the Customer Experience Leadership Team for resolving complaints and addressing service or product issues.
