Requirements

Candidates should possess 1-2 years of experience in procurement and 3-5 years of management experience, ideally with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in International Business, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Economics, or a similar field. The role requires excellent interpersonal skills, high emotional intelligence, strong analytical abilities, proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint), and fluency in both English and Danish. Experience with eSourcing, contract management, or supplier relationship management software is also preferred.

Responsibilities

The Senior Manager will lead the Global Source to Contract team, focusing on customer satisfaction, product adoption, and loyalty, while also collaborating with the Go To Market team on customer success expansion and operational excellence. Responsibilities include coaching and mentoring Customer Success Managers, acting as the Voice of the Customer to drive service improvements, managing team performance and people-related activities, and identifying new sales leads and opportunities. The role also involves managing churn and retention, overseeing the Success4U program, and resolving customer complaints and service issues as a primary contact in the Customer Experience Leadership Team.
