Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive credit research into financials, industry trends, and competitive positioning
  • Provide timely and well-supported buy/sell/hold recommendations to Portfolio Managers, factoring in portfolio exposure, duration, and relative value
  • Maintain ongoing dialogue with Portfolio Managers to align credit insights with investment strategy in a collaborative team environment
  • Evaluate existing and prospective bond holdings to identify opportunities that enhance portfolio returns while delivering investment income
  • Prepare clear, compelling analyses on issuers, sectors, and market events
  • Build relationships with rating agencies, analysts, and corporate management teams to stay ahead of market trends
  • Represent the team at industry and company conferences and engage with management teams as part of ongoing due diligence process
