Requirements
- Hands-on experience with leading automation platforms (UiPath, Blue Prism, Power Automate) and Power Apps
- Strong understanding of AI technologies and their application in process automation
- Proven track record of delivering enterprise-scale automation programs, not just managing projects
- Experience in digital transformation strategy within large, matrix organizations
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills at senior levels
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to translate technical concepts into business outcomes
- Familiarity with governance, compliance, and security in automation projects
- Degree in technology, engineering, or business; advanced certifications in automation or AI preferred
Responsibilities
- Own the automation strategy for key business processes, aligning with Visa’s digital transformation goals
- Lead discovery workshops and advanced process analysis to identify automation opportunities across commercial and operational workflows
- Design and implement AI-powered automation solutions, integrating with existing systems and ensuring scalability
- Drive Power Platform adoption (Power Automate, Power Apps) and champion best practices for citizen development
- Build business cases for automation initiatives, demonstrating ROI and efficiency gains to senior leadership
- Partner with IT and external vendors to deliver secure, compliant automation solutions
- Monitor and optimize automated processes using data-driven insights and AI indicators
- Act as a trusted advisor to executives on automation trends, AI capabilities, and emerging technologies
- Lead change management to ensure successful adoption and cultural shift toward automation-first thinking
