  • Drive Power Platform adoption (Power Automate, Power Apps) and champion best practices for citizen development
  • Build business cases for automation initiatives, demonstrating ROI and efficiency gains to senior leadership
  • Partner with IT and external vendors to deliver secure, compliant automation solutions
  • Monitor and optimize automated processes using data-driven insights and AI indicators
  • Act as a trusted advisor to executives on automation trends, AI capabilities, and emerging technologies
  • Lead change management to ensure successful adoption and cultural shift toward automation-first thinking
