Strong knowledge of enterprise sales strategy, pipeline management, performance analytics, outbound sales, co-prime/overlay sales models, and closing contracts with annual commitments is required.
This role involves leading, coaching, and developing a team of Account Executives focused on enterprise customers, recruiting and retaining top sales talent, and fostering a high-performance culture to achieve revenue targets. Responsibilities include implementing scalable sales processes, monitoring pipeline and forecasts, collaborating with cross-functional teams, providing data-driven insights, and driving new business and expansion opportunities through various sales models.
