Summary

The Senior Sales Manager, Deel Immigration (Enterprise) will lead a team of Account Executives across North America, reporting to the Global Director of Sales, Immigration. This role is responsible for driving revenue growth by cultivating a high-performing, accountable sales team, building scalable processes, and aligning closely with cross-functional partners. As a key player in Deel’s growth strategy, this leader will own and exceed sales targets while contributing to the broader success of the Immigration business.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Account Executives focused on enterprise customers.
  • Recruit, retain, and nurture top sales talent with a focus on continuous growth and development.
  • Foster a high-performance, goal-oriented culture that consistently achieves and exceeds revenue targets.
  • Implement scalable sales processes and ensure consistent, high-quality execution across the team.
  • Monitor pipeline, activity, and forecasts, proactively adapting strategies as needed.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with teams such as Customer Success, Support, and Revenue Operations to drive alignment and shared success.
  • Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to optimize performance and address KPI trends.
  • Drive new business and expansion opportunities through both outbound prospecting and co-prime/overlay sales models.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales leadership within a high-growth B2B SaaS environment.
  • 3+ years of experience managing sales teams, including responsibility for coaching, performance management, and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Strong knowledge of enterprise sales strategy, pipeline management, and performance analytics.
  • Expertise in outbound sales, co-prime/overlay sales models, and closing contracts with annual commitments.
  • Demonstrated success in building and scaling sales teams.
