Candidates must possess a PhD or MS degree in Computer Science or a related field, with over 5 years of experience in machine learning and production-scale deployments. Proficiency in programming languages like Python or Java, familiarity with Azure/AWS cloud development, and experience with relational (MySQL, Postgres) and NoSQL datastores (Redis, ElasticSearch, Snowflake) are essential. Experience with deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch), LLMs (prompt engineering, fine-tuning), and working with both research and product teams is required, along with strong problem-solving, analytical, communication, and relationship-building skills. Experience with agile development and short release cycles is also necessary.
The Senior Machine Learning Engineer will design, build, and scale agentic AI systems and platforms powered by generative AI, focusing on API definition, UI integration, cloud service deployment, and CI/CD. They will implement ML- and LLM-Ops best practices, deliver production-ready code, and design ML workflows for enterprise-scale model customization, serving, and ecosystem integration. This role involves partnering with researchers and applied scientists on productizing innovations and engaging in the full product lifecycle, from design and deployment to production operations.
