Requirements

  • Building comprehensive testing methodologies to evaluate agent effectiveness, reliability, and alignment with objectives
  • Connecting existing systems with new agentic frameworks
  • Developing efficient prompt engineering strategies for large language model integration
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders during development and productization of AI applications
  • Guiding junior team members, providing technical direction, and helping others grow their skills
  • Understanding how AI components interact within larger technical ecosystems and business processes
