The Advanced Technology Group (ATG) at ServiceNow is a customer-focused innovation group dedicated to building intelligent software and smart user experiences. We leverage existing and cutting-edge advanced technologies to create industry-leading, end-to-end work experiences for our customers. Our team comprises researchers, applied scientists, engineers, and product managers with a dual mission: to build and evolve our AI platform, and to partner with other teams to develop products and AI-powered work experiences. We also focus on researching, experimenting, and de-risking AI technologies to unlock future work experiences.
In this role, you will be instrumental in building AI and Machine Learning (ML) solutions designed to transform user experiences and enhance workflow efficiency within enterprise services. We aim to move beyond traditional analytical tools that require technical expertise, enabling any user, regardless of their technical background, to leverage our AI/ML solutions for thoughtful and scalable enterprise operations. We are in the early stages with our early-adopter customers and need your expertise to build and deliver a comprehensive suite of solutions to our global customer base.
