Requirements

Candidates should have a Master’s or PhD degree in Computer Science or a related field, along with at least 5 years of experience in designing, building, and scaling machine learning training and real-time inferencing systems. Proficiency in Python and familiarity with machine learning frameworks such as scikit-learn, pandas, numpy, xgboost, and pytorch is required. Prior experience using LLMs to build AI agents and excellent written and oral communication skills are also essential.

Responsibilities

The Senior Machine Learning Engineer will define the AI/ML roadmap for building LLM-based AI agents and traditional AI/ML models for identity verification, fraud detection, and underwriting. They will own the delivery of key business, product, and technology initiatives, establish and implement processes for model training and testing, and investigate and prototype innovative solutions. Collaboration with other engineers and business teams to improve products and drive growth will also be a key responsibility.
