The Senior Machine Learning Engineer will focus on optimizing LLM-based agents, creating a platform for ML capabilities, and deploying ML services to production. They will measure and improve retrieval systems, develop evaluation metrics, and create optimal chunking and enrichment strategies for diverse data sources. Additionally, they will build scalable tools for machine learning training and inference, write prompts, and implement benchmarking systems. The role includes training and fine-tuning efficient models, creating labeled datasets, conducting hyperparameter optimizations, deploying models, and monitoring their performance.
