Advise Tencent’s game business teams on legal and business issues
Negotiate, draft, and review IP licensing agreements, service agreements, advertising agreements, and other general commercial agreements
Ensure compliance with US, European, and other international laws and regulations dealing with gaming and intellectual property
Cooperate with other Tencent attorneys based in Asia, Europe, and the US
Manage outside counsels
