Requirements

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field; or equivalent work experience
  • An advanced degree or relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator, CompTIA Security+, or equivalent
  • 8+ years of IT Security, IAM, or System Administration experience, with a focus on account and access management
  • Strong background in Active Directory, Exchange (on-prem & online), and Azure AD
  • Practical experience with PowerShell scripting
  • Experience working

Responsibilities

  • User Provisioning/De-provisioning: Executing advanced account lifecycle management across AD domains and applications, handling high-complexity or sensitive access requests
  • Active Directory & Microsoft Exchange Administration: Performing account management, permissions changes, mailbox provisioning, and group administration in on-premises and cloud environments
  • Troubleshooting & Escalation: Acting as the primary escalation point for complex access or system issues; partnering with IT teams to resolve high-impact problems
  • Mentorship & Knowledge Sharing: Providing technical guidance and training to junior analysts; contributing to peer reviews of work for accuracy and consistency
  • Compliance & Documentation: Ensuring adherence to SOX, security, and audit requirements; maintaining thorough records of changes and approvals
  • Scripting & Process Improvement: Developing and maintaining PowerShell scripts and recommending improvements to reduce manual workload
