Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, along with extensive experience in IT Compliance, demonstrating a deep understanding of GRC principles, PCI DSS, SOC2 certifications, and relevant regulations such as the AI Act, GDPR, and CCPA. Strong leadership skills and a proven track record in a fast-paced tech environment are also required, alongside experience in designing, building, and deploying solutions in AWS.
The Senior IT Compliance will lead the development and implementation of Auctane’s IT Compliance program, overseeing SOC2 Compliance, PCI Compliance, and maintaining ISMS compliance. This role involves conducting regular internal audits, investigating compliance breaches, implementing corrective actions, monitoring and interpreting relevant laws and regulations, preparing reports on risk and governance matters, and communicating effectively with stakeholders. Additionally, the Senior IT Compliance will promote a culture of ethics and compliance within the company.
