Responsibilities

The SOC 2 & Security Compliance Engineer will ensure ongoing compliance with SOC 2 requirements, working closely with Vanta to identify, remediate, and monitor compliance issues. They will take ownership of responding to customer security questionnaires, collaborating with internal teams to gather necessary information for accurate responses. The role includes preparing for and managing SOC 2 audits, collecting evidence, coordinating with auditors, and implementing audit recommendations. Additionally, the engineer will develop, update, and maintain security-related documentation and processes, ensuring alignment with industry best practices while proactively identifying areas for improvement in security and compliance processes.
