Requirements
Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, and previous experience as a DBE is preferred. They must have in-depth knowledge and proficiency in SQL (Structured Query Language), along with proficiency in managing SQL database systems, a strong understanding of database design principles, and experience in database administration tasks including installation, configuration, backup and recovery, security management, and performance tuning. Knowledge of database security best practices and experience in implementing security measures such as user authentication, access controls, encryption, and auditing is also required.
Responsibilities
The Senior IT Compliance will lead the development and implementation of Auctane’s IT Compliance program, ensuring compliance with PCI DSS, relevant regulations, and maintaining SOC2 Certifications. They will conduct regular internal compliance audits and reviews, investigate compliance breaches and implement corrective actions, maintain Auctane’s ISMS ensuring compliance and adherence to corporate policies and security standards, promote a culture of ethics and compliance, prepare regular reports on risk, compliance, and governance matters, and communicate effectively with stakeholders on IT Compliance topics. Additionally, the role involves staying informed of relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards, including AI ACT, GDPR, CCPA, and AI, Data protection compliance with regards the AI Act, GDPR, US Data Protection Laws.
