Requirements

  • Fluent in English (oral and writing)
  • Experience of finance, financial markets and understanding of trading and financial instruments
  • Broad knowledge of Microsoft Excel, proficiency with Word and PowerPoint
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Team player with a proactive approach and able to collaborate across departments/locations
  • Excellent organizational and time-management capabilities
  • Preferably a degree in Finance, Law, Economics, Business or a related field

Responsibilities

  • Assessing and managing corporate actions, e.g., registration of name change, repurchase, split, reverse split, appointment and replacement of liquidity providers, replacement of Certified Adviser
  • Review of applications for increased amounts for already listed financial instruments
  • Prepare and publish exchange notices
  • Administer and conduct first review of the annual certification for Certified Advisers
  • Conduct thematic reviews of issuers in accordance with the annual plan
  • Other administrative tasks relating to issuer surveillance, e.g. statistics and support to warrants & certificates listings
