Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in data modeling, data contracts, metadata management, and data quality by-design
  • Knowledge of batch/streaming pipelines (dbt, Spark/PySpark, CDC, Kafka) and data formats (Parquet, Delta, Iceberg)
  • Familiarity with Lakehouse/Mesh architectures, governance & privacy, schema registry
  • Experience with embedded/IoT protocols (MQTT, Kafka, WebSocket, AMQP, HTTP, CAN, UART, SPI, I2C) and networking (TCP-UDP/IP, Bluetooth Low Energy)
  • Good knowledge of English language
  • Degree in STEM disciplines

Responsibilities

  • Industrialization of Data Platforms in embedded, centralized, distributed, and federated scenarios
  • Introduction of data contracts, data quality by-design (SLA/SLO), schema registry/CDC, governance & privacy, and cost control on Lakehouse/Mesh architectures (Delta/Iceberg, Kafka, dbt, Airflow)
  • Definition and management of batch/streaming pipelines (dbt, Spark/PySpark, CDC, Kafka) and data formats (Parquet/Delta/Iceberg)
  • Data modeling (relational and domain-driven), metadata management, and data validation
  • Collaboration with engineering teams for integrated solutions (DevOps, Agile, MBSE, Test Automation, Generative AI)
  • Support for the realization of Smart Factory and connected intelligent products
