Requirements

Proactive problem solver with strong communication skills and passion for operational excellence
Proven experience in IGA on-prem infrastructure, automation, and integration (e.g., RBAC, ABAC, PBAC, LDAP, Ping Directory)
Knowledge of scripting (PowerShell, Linux shell)
Ability to lead complex projects, manage CI/CD pipelines, and drive Infrastructure as Code (IaC) practices
Fluency in English (spoken and written); Swedish proficiency is a plus
Advantages: API/web app development (ASP.NET Core, Blazor, React), and database management (PostgreSQL, MS SQL) experience

Responsibilities

Lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of IAM/IGA infrastructure and services
Develop scalable and secure IAM/IGA solutions across enterprise systems
Create automation scripts, tools, and integrations to optimize IAM platforms (e.g., Omada Identity, MidPoint)
Consult with architects, security teams, and stakeholders to align IAM solutions with enterprise policies and best practices
Mentor junior engineers and contribute to team knowledge sharing and best practices
