Candidates should have 5+ years of experience in Information Security, GRC, ERM, compliance, audit, internal controls, AI governance, or other security-related areas, with a preference for experience in a cloud-based tech company. A strong understanding of general IT and cloud security controls, including Information Security, Business Continuity, Disaster Recovery, Third Party Risk/Vendor Management, Software Development, and Hardware and Software, is required. Familiarity with global industry frameworks such as ISO 27001, ISO 27701, SOC 2, ISO 42001, NIST CSF, NIST 800-53, and RMF is essential. The role also requires detail orientation, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to translate requirements between business and technical teams.
The Senior GRC Analyst will support the global Governance, Risk, and Compliance program by executing walkthroughs and tests of controls, reviewing and mitigating risks, and assisting with IT audits. Responsibilities include reporting on audit findings, tracking corrective actions, promoting security and privacy awareness, improving the data lifecycle, and editing communications about privacy and security programs. The analyst will also assist in operationalizing Business Continuity, Disaster Recovery, and Incident Response exercises, as well as in AI Governance, Third Party Risk, and Security Reviews.
