Requirements

  • Versatile visual design and video production skills to transform complex ideas into clear, compelling stories
  • Experience with video editing, including using found footage from webinars to create supercuts and consumable content
  • Proficiency in designing and prototyping graphics for desktop, mobile, slides, and print
  • Ability to create slide decks (Google Slides), infographics, event materials, and polished marketing assets
  • Skills in polishing content: intros, outros, audio engineering, captions, motion graphics, layout refinements, visual hierarchy, and overall editing
  • Capability to script and storyboard projects with subject matter experts and teammates
  • Experience shooting interviews and b-roll on-location

Responsibilities

  • Drive video and design projects by working cross-functionally with Product Marketing, Content, Design, Web, and Product teams to scope and develop video content, Google Slides templates/decks, infographics, event materials, and marketing assets
  • Use found footage from long-form webinars to make supercuts and easily-consumable video content
  • Design and prototype graphics that convey information digestibly across desktop, mobile, slides, and print
  • Assist existing creators with editing, production, and design help
  • Enlist new creators by providing tools, templates, and resources for recording/publishing videos or creating visual content
  • Help script and storyboard projects with subject matter experts, content, and design teammates
  • Polish creators’ output with intros, outros, audio engineering, captions, motion graphics, layout refinements, visual hierarchy improvements, and editing
  • Create basic technical standards, design documentation, and brand alignment guidelines for PMM materials
  • Unify the planning/production/posting process for video and visual content across the PMM org
  • Create content for events and GTM programs, including shooting interviews and b-roll on-location
