Requirements

  • Fluent English (any additional language is a plus)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
  • 3-5 years of progressive accounting experience, showing consistent growth in responsibility
  • Experience in public accounting (Big 4) is a strong advantage
  • Background in a high-growth, multinational SaaS or tech company is a strong advantage
  • Experience in multi-entity accounting, including inter-company transactions, FX accounting, and global consolidation
  • Hands-on experience with NetSuite is highly preferred
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills across departments and levels
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and adapt in a fast-changing environment

Responsibilities

  • Lead monthly, quarterly, and year-end closings for multiple international entities
  • Manage statutory and tax audits, working with both external auditors and internal teams
  • Prepare and review balance sheet and income statement reconciliations
  • Coordinate tax compliance and filings with internal tax team and external advisors
  • Collaborate with Legal, HR, Procurement, IT, and other teams to ensure smooth financial operations
  • Oversee the preparation of financial statements, CIT and VAT returns, and other statutory filings
  • Contribute to building a scalable, efficient global accounting function that supports Aircall’s international expansion
  • Participate in finance transformation and system improvement projects
