As a Senior Fund Accountant, the role involves providing leverage to clients by understanding and prioritizing their needs while scaling CFO services, supporting capital calls and distributions, audit/tax support, pre/post close services, quarterly and annual financials, and Limited Partner communications. The position also entails bringing transparency to founders, VCs, and LPs by utilizing Carta's tools and resources, improving the product through collaboration with product and engineering teams, and consulting with clients to implement Fund Administration software, ultimately positioning Carta as the leading Fund Administration group.
